About Me

Hi, I’m Sandy McFadden. Like a lot of us I wear a number of different hats in life. I’m a husband, father, and a Web Developer for Automattic. That means I get to help work on a number of the software products we offer.

I’m one of the luckiest guys in the world. I have an amazing wife Jen and together we have five children; Alexandria, Caile, Ella, Noah, and Ezra. We live here in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia.

About This Blog

This blog is mostly my personal writings. I want to become a better writer so I plan on experimenting with different writing styles and topics. As I’m really just getting started I would appreciate any feedback available to help me improve my writing.

Setting goals, writing about them publicly, and then working towards them, helped me immensely while I was working hard at losing weight. Therefore I plan to do that with other areas in my life which I want to work on. I’m not usually good at sharing my inner most thoughts, I’m fairly private. But I’m working on that as well.
