A co-worker who was off last week came in today and said “You’ve lost even more weight haven’t you?” Not a lot of things that could make a tired, sore, sick Monday morning feel better!

Lack of Energy

I had a severe lack of energy today and really had to force myself to work out tonight. I had a weak moment and ate a small piece of fudge tonight too. Hope tomorrow is a better day.
