Went out for wings with some guys last night. I was strong and drank water and talked.

Coming Back After A Day Off
I took a day off from working out yesterday, but I think I made up for it this morning. Wow I’m sore
Eating Out is Tough But Can Be Done
I was a little worried tonight because we were going out to eat as a family. But Swiss Chalet had a great health choice meal. A quarter chicken meal with salad and they say it was under 300 calories. It was pretty good.
Fitting in Old Clothes
Just went through my clothes. Pulled out some stuff that hasn’t fit in a long time and put away some stuff that is too big. Makes me happy and disappointed at the same time. Glad I got in these clothes again, sad that I was this size before and ruined it.
Substitute Exercises
Because of my leg I’ve been substituting a lot of exercises with jumping jacks because they don’t bother it. Now my shoulders are always burning from them

Better Workout
Tonights work out went much better. Have my leg wrapped better for one thing, and took it a little easier on a couple of the exercises that strain it.
Oh No, Did I Re-injury Myself?
Bahh I may have over did it last night and this morning. My leg is hurting again today and it’s been feeling much better before this.
First Cardio Since Injury
Ah cardio I missed you. By far my favorite part of this program. Still have to modify some for my leg but that just means my left leg is going to get really strong
