Funny how things work. I ate a not great supper tonight and then wanted to snack all night long. 😦  roughest night I’ve had in a while.

I’m making my own granola for the first time to have with my breakfast. It is smelling really good.
Enjoying the Workouts
I can’t believe this is real but I was actually looking forward to my workout tonight. They are getting easier each and everyone too! Getting anxious to jump back on the scale to see if all this work is paying off.
Eating To Few Calories
So after lectures from my sister about me not eating enough I’ve done a bunch of reading / calorie counting and think I have to sadly admit she was right. Time to increase my calorie intake.
First Time Eating Out

Hard to Stay Motivated
I really didn’t feel like doing that work out tonight but glad I did. It’s starting to get easier.
Finally Full
Just had a bowl of turkey soup for lunch. This is the first time that I’ve been full since Dec. 31st LOL I’m hoping that means my body is finally adjusting.
Anniversary Gift
It’s been rough so far. My wife has pushed me into doing it so I’m keeping her in mind. Yesterday was our 10th anniversary she is in better shape now then she was when we were married. Blizzard Day
Thanks to the blizzard we are having I was able to do my workout a little later today than normal. 8:30am is better than 5:30am.
