So after lectures from my sister about me not eating enough I’ve done a bunch of reading / calorie counting and think I have to sadly admit she was right. Time to increase my calorie intake.
I guess if you’re going to eat out somewhere Coras is likely a good option.
I really didn’t feel like doing that work out tonight but glad I did. It’s starting to get easier.
Just had a bowl of turkey soup for lunch. This is the first time that I’ve been full since Dec. 31st LOL I’m hoping that means my body is finally adjusting.
It’s been rough so far. My wife has pushed me into doing it so I’m keeping her in mind. Yesterday was our 10th anniversary she is in better shape now then she was when we were married. Thanks to the blizzard we are having I was able to do my workout a little later today than normal. 8:30am is better than 5:30am.
Well day one was about as expected. Feel like I was beat up and that I didn’t eat enough. (I did eat enough, just not nearly as much as usual.)
