My scale finally went down again this week. First time since the competition ended. After a 5k run this morning I hit my goal weight that I wanted for the end of the competition. Better late than never.
After running a few 3k’s without too much trouble I set out to see if I could do 5k today. I did it, my first time ever!
Weigh in for April 9th, 2014: 202.6 lbs
Well basically a week after my last weigh in, I’m back down to that same weight. I may have spent a couple days back in my old ways, or worse, right after the competition.
Weigh in for April 2nd, 2014: 202.4 lbs
Started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred a few days ago. I like it pretty good, but feel I could use some more cardio. So I may go back to 2 workouts a day for the next month or so.
After my couple day break I was back into it tonight. Feels good and bad at the same time lol

It’s really a reality check when I realize how much I’ve lost then look down and see how much is left. Never again will I be that big.
