Is it the 26th yet? I’m getting tired of being sore.
Not snacking on bad things is a lot easier when I’m at work and no junk is staring at me.
My knees are killing me. The past couple days I’ve been noticing it, but tonight they are aching.
Two weeks left. I’m extremely pleased with the overall results I’ve seen so far, even if the past two weeks have been less than ideal. But I’m also looking forward to this being done. Maybe move to a 4 days a week workout routine or something like that.

Was feeling a little better this morning. The scale finally started to turn back the right way again.
This is getting annoying. Even the week I did like no working out I went down some weight. Now that I’m back at it, I’m still up from last Wednesday.
Jillian Michaels 90 Day Body Revolution Cardio 3 is crazy.
Checked this morning but the scale moved in the wrong direction. Not sure what would have caused that. Trying to convince myself that it’s lots of muscle LOL
