Two Weeks Left

Two weeks left. I’m extremely pleased with the overall results I’ve seen so far, even if the past two weeks have been less than ideal. But I’m also looking forward to this being done. Maybe move to a 4 days a week workout routine or something like that.

Getting Back On Track

Was feeling a little better this morning. The scale finally started to turn back the right way again.

Getting Frustrated

This is getting annoying. Even the week I did like no working out I went down some weight. Now that I’m back at it, I’m still up from last Wednesday.

Scale Going Wrong Way

Checked this morning but the scale moved in the wrong direction. Not sure what would have caused that. Trying to convince myself that it’s lots of muscle LOL

Might Have Set The Goal Too High

Well I no longer think it is possible to hit the goal I set for myself by the end of these 12 weeks.  I will get there though, it will just take longer than I hoped.

First Workout After Being Sick

Well that sucked. I can’t believe how fast my body lost stamina and strength. 5:30am is going to come early.

Feeling A Bit Better

Last week was brutal. I barely did anything in way of working out at all. Still not totally over this cold, but much better now and am going to start back at it tonight.
