Being sick and tired is no fun when trying to work out. I haven’t done anything for the past two days, and the last workout I did do was barely worth doing the amount I could put into it.

Working Out Even Though I’m Sick
Well that was a half assed workout, but I guess it’s better than nothing.
Getting Noticed
A co-worker who was off last week came in today and said “You’ve lost even more weight haven’t you?”
Not a lot of things that could make a tired, sore, sick Monday morning feel better!
Ran Down My Hill
Ran to the end of my road today and a short way back, but then had to walk the vast majority. Nice day out though.

New Hole In My Belt
Now that I’ve recovered some from the workout this morning I have a bit of a milestone that I can be happy about. I’ve had the same belt for over 10 years and I wear it most days, at least when I wear jeans. Today I had to switch to a hole I made in it!
Stepping Up The Workouts Again
Oh my goodness every time I switch to the next step in this workout it kills me. I’m so sore right now and I couldn’t even keep up during it.
Lack of Energy
I had a severe lack of energy today and really had to force myself to work out tonight. I had a weak moment and ate a small piece of fudge tonight too. Hope tomorrow is a better day.
