First Cardio Since Injury

Ah cardio I missed you. By far my favorite part of this program. Still have to modify some for my leg but that just means my left leg is going to get really strong

I really didn’t think I’d ever get to the point where I like and look forward to working out but I really do.

Injury Update

So my leg is feeling a lot better today so I think I’m going to attempt to work out tonight.

First Non Workout Day

Well today was the first day since the 1st that I didn’t work out. Good news is the Dr said things aren’t too serious and I should start feeling better in a couple days.

Injured Calf Muscle

Well I’m pretty sure I just put myself out of this contest. Doing my work out tonight I heard a pop and then my calf immediately began to hurt bad.

Stepping It Up

I moved onto the next stage of my workout today and it pretty near killed me. I am so sore today. I’m pretty sure that I’m more sore now then when I first started working out for this.

Wanting To Run

With this warm weather we’ve been having I’m tempted to try to add a run into my routine but I’m not sure when to fit it in. 

I could go at lunch but then I’d stink the rest of the day.

First Major Setback

Funny how things work. I ate a not great supper tonight and then wanted to snack all night long. 😦  roughest night I’ve had in a while.
